Syrphid cleaning itself - Baccha cognata - female

Syrphid cleaning itself - Baccha cognata - Female
Waddell Creek, Big Basin Redwoods State Park, Santa Cruz County, California, USA
July 24, 2009
Syrphid grooming itself while on a wild blackberry leaf (Rubus ursinus) in a riparian habitat within a few hundred yards of a small estuary and the ocean.

I'm guessing this is in Baccha, Ocyptamus, or another close genus.
