Unknown Bug - Lady Lake, Florida - Pygodasis quadrimaculata
Lady Lake, Central Florida (about 40 miles north of Orlando) County, Florida, USA
October 22, 2005
Size: 30 to 35 mm
This bug was actively moving from flower to flower and going deep inside each one. I was actually photographing a polo match and the bug attracted my attention because it was so large.

C. quadrimaculata
Moved from Scoliid Wasps.

Scoliid wasp
