Pseudexentera Moth - Hodges #3252.1 - Pseudexentera sepia
Mobile (Dog River), Mobile County, Alabama, USA
February 22, 2010
I've only seen this moth once before ... a year ago. While not adding a data point, it does confirm its presence on the Alabama Gulf Coast for February. Adult capture data suggests that all species of Pseudexentera moths are univoltine, producing only one brood per year.

These moths are detailed in Dr. William E. Miller's paper, The Species of Pseudexentera (Tortricidae) (1).
