Not that it's an ID on the maker, but...
...some of the Trachelas egg sacs look similar, with those short lines radiating out from the main sac. Here's a link to John Maxwell's recording of the egg sac of Trachelas tranquillus:

It was 1 cm. I collected a similar specimen yesterday, hopefully something will emerge.
