Leucospis affinis floridana
red instead of yellow like many Florida Hymenoptera subspecies

Male Leucospidid.
Nice image of a relatively uncommon insect: a chalcid wasp in the family Leucospididae. Females are the ones usually seen, with an ovipositor pressed tightly over the top of the abdomen. This one is a male. Neat find!
