Size: about 10 mm minus cerci
From detail image, looks like specimen has less than 5 tarsomeres. I seen no evidence of ocelli in any of the images I have. Therefore, per ID guide, a member of Nicoletiidae?
Note bladder-like vesticles on underside of abdomen.
