Melipotis perpendecularis
In my opinion that is a female of Melipotis perpendecularis (very variable species). In M. perpendicularis distance between antemedial line and the base of the forewing is usually much shorter on the costal edge than on the inner edge of the wing. In M. januaris this distance is about the same on both edges.

Melipotis sp. for now........
It will be about three weeks before we can get this one determined. Might be an undescribed species, visitor from the islands, or a form not presently in the photo libraries. (no rsvp, thanks)

8603 - Melipostis januaris (female)
Confirmed by Jim Vargo. I got a male at Anhinga Trail on the 16th. There is substantial variation in this dimorphic species. (no rsvp, thanks)
