Can anyone ID this further than just a Grasshopper nymph? Someone moved this to this folder, I am assuming that it is the correct ID.

This may be a shot in the dark, but I have an image that looks much like this in ID request right now. I'm trying to find out if it's the same this fella:
Genus Melanoplus

 
Grasshopper
They are tough to ID. I was just happy to get it in a family. :) Melanoplus is a possibility.

But is it just me that sees the uncanny similarity between these three images?

 
No...
I see the similarity but I also know from trying to ID bugs for a couple of years that similarity isn't always good enough. :)
