Lactura sp.
2404 - Lactura basistriga and 2406 - L. psammitis are nearly identical. I do not know whether both species occur in your area. (no rsvp, thanks)

 
Good question...
I have no idea whether both species occur here in north-central Arkansas or not, but based on Mark Dreiling's MPG photos (here and here), both species occur next door in Oklahoma. Lactura sp. is probably the best ID possible for this blurry photo.
