Myrmicinae: Temnothorax
No possible generic confusion here, since the nearest Leptothorax live in subboreal conifer forests or bogs a few hundred miles north of Oklahoma. This is apparently Temnothorax schaumii, though a clearer picture and some microhabitat info would help. T. schaumii is arboreal, lives in inconspicuous burrows in, and forages on, tree trunks (unlike the superficially similar T. texanus, which lives and forages on sandy, open ground.

Leptothoracini - worker
I can't decide between Leptothorax and Temnothorax sp., because I'm not able to count the antennal segments. But overall outline rather suggests the former genus.
