Shaped very much like Saxinis sp., but lacks the red spots that I've been told are diagnostic of that species.

Piggy-back
Josh, I'm piggy-backing my ID request on yours, hope you don't mind. My photo of this species was taken in 1985. Interestingly, my photo was May and yours November, but then Texas is quite a bit warmer than the Virginia Piedmont.
Hope someone can help with the ID. Here's my image:

This is not the same species
This is not the same species but C. dominicana as it does not have the aeneous color on the elytra of aeneipennis.
