Note the black facial grooves (see "fg" here), which are directly above the white triangular nub at the base of the proboscis in this image. These are a diagnostic character for P. tibialis. (Be careful not to confuse these facial grooves with the two "bifariously spreading black lines", directly below the blurry antennae here, which are extensions of the black "T" marking at the vertex and run down the outer edges of the facial ridge.)
