Sympetrum sp
This does look like a Meadowhawk, but it looks like there could be 3 species in your area that look like this. In addition to White-faced, it could be Ruby (S. rubicundulum) or Cherry-faced (S. internum).

to me looks like a Meadowhawk
This White-faced Meadowhawk, Sympetrum obtrusum, looks very similar in shape, wing spots. Can't see if yours has a white face from this angle though. Somebody that knows dragonflies better than I do may be able to ID with this picture.
