Cynips conspicuus
Zhiwei Liu says:
"Seems same as the one above, but picture is of better quality. It is a gall maker. If this is the wasp originally described as Besbicus conspicuous, which I cannot say so based on the pictures, it should be Cynips conspicuous now; Besbicus has been put as a junior synonym of Cynips."

Looking into the synonymy issue, I discovered that Antron is also now considered a junior synonym of Cynips, so I've made these changes to the guide (see reference on Cynips guide page).
