Identification
Body elongate, tapered posteriorly; mesosternum broadened posteriorly, not tapered to a point at contact with the elevated portion of the metasternum; both meso- and metasterna finely punctate.
Range
native to, and widespread across the Palaearctic(2), adventive in NA (now transcontinental) and elsewhere
