ID
Trachyphloeus aristatus (Gyllenhal) An introduced European species, found in Ontario, and I have unpublished records from Wisconsin and Alberta. note the suberect spatulate scale-like "setae". These are lacking in Calyptillus, which it resembles. The specimen is recently emerged and clean and would get dirty and coated with a mix of soil and secretions as it lived longer.

looks a little
like the Trachyphloeosoma advena I have colleced in leaf litter in GA. Def. the same tribe.
