Pigritia
Bob is on the right track; this definitely is a species of Pigritia (the apparent lack of labial palpi locks down the generic ID). I am not able to take it beyond genus on sight ID.

Ask JFL to Look At It
I doubt 1162, though it could be Blastobasinae. Pigritia should be considered also. (no rsvp, thanks).
