Size: about 1/2"
I have no idea what kind of moth, but I was surprised to see it pulling a "Jesus" maneuver.

4753 - Nymphuliella daeckealis - China Mark Moth
I cropped, resized and sharpened the photograph. Very nice first live photo of the species to be posted here. This moth is of interest as a biological control of waterlillies.
