Moved from Panorpa.

Unfortunately this scorpionfl
Unfortunately this scorpionfly cannot be determined without a microscopic examination of the male genital bulb. At this locality this insect might possibly be Panorpa latipennis, P. submaculosa, P. maculosa, P. nebulosa, P. acuta, or P. banksi. My best guess based on the photo is Panorpa latipennis.
