Criorhina lupina
This is another specimen of the lovely Criorhina lupina. We see the fully pollinose scutum and the orange setae on the entire body. I believe arctostaphylos is one of the preferred flowers for this genus.

Not an ID, but I think it's a syrphid, aka hover fly
Size, shape and "beaky" face point to Copestylum sp. Suggestion: Move your post to Flies (Diptera) for expert attention.
