This poor fellow is Habroceru
This poor fellow is Habrocerus (Habrocerinae), and although 2.7 is a little short for it, I don't see microsculpture in the middle of the pronotum - so this would be capillaricornis. The other, similar species is uncommon south of the boreal but could turn up.
