Hi Tom,
Even though the scutellum looks kind of punctate, I'll just pass this off as photo artefact, the head shot is distinctive for curtipennis, an introduced species. There are two pairs of punctures between the eyes, and in this case (and usually) one of those pairs is doubled up.
