Size: body length 33 mm.
We believe this cockroach is a male Periplaneta americana.
ID and gender confirmation/correction would be appreciated.

Yes, those long, slender cerci differentiate this species from others in the genus found in North America. The presence of styli verify that this is a male. I am going to add a thumbnail image of this to the info page to help demonstrate the gender identification.
