Tenthredinidae, Allantinae
This is Monsoma pulveratum, an alder feeding sawfly. A European sawfly that was first found in N. Amer. in Newfoundland 10-15 years ago, and just the last few years in Alaska where is it quite a serious pest of alders. I've not seen this from anywhere else in N. Amer.

Dave, thank you very much for your ID! There are a lot of alder trees in that place, but that was a first time when I've seen this sawfly there. So, looks like it's coming to the Pacific Northwest:)
