Lady bug, Coccinellidae Swarming inside

Lady bug Coccinellidae removal help. I go to an old New England church that has been over run by lady bugs.It is a typical white building and the attic has some open area for them to get in in the fall and move in. They are swarming in great numbers and some people are freaked out by this and one guest will not return because of this.I would like some friendly ways to get them outside. I will not harm them as they are a beneficial insect.

You've probably got
Multicolored Asian Lady Beetles (Harmonia axyridis). Most sources I've seen suggest using a vacuum cleaner to humanely remove and relocate them. The best thing to do is seal the building so they can't get in in the first place. This site from the University of Kentucky has some good information.
