Likely Amphinemura
Based on cervical gill structure- at least in the nymphs the gill tufts have more than 5 branches and originate from a single point as in your specimen.

Correction: I didn't notice that there are 2 tufts per side. Each tuft seems to have 3 or 4 simple branches. If that is the case then it's a Zapada.

is what I was leaning towards too - can you tell from the new image if this is male or female?
