A species ID for you at last
This is a perfect set of photos for making an ID. You have two individuals together, one of each sex; both perched on their host plant; and clear, detailed, dorsal shots of the terminalia of each.

The oak host plant; the uniformly green base color and lack of stripes; the location; and most of all...for the male, the relatively (and uniformly) narrow cerci with smallish distal forks, and the more or less rectangular intra-dextral process (somewhat hidden under the right cercus)...all point unequivocally to T. californicum here. Compare your male's terminalia with the diagram for T. californicum in Fig. 6 of the plate here. Your image of the female terminalia is also a perfect match for the figure depicting those of T. californicum in the 1993 revision by Vickery (Fig. 28 on pg. 688 of that work...references are listed here. Unfortunately that one is not available online at this time.)

Your photos also show interesting small white spots on the dorsums of the terminal tergites. Nice work!
