Maevia inclemens - Dimorphic Jumper ?

Maevia inclemens - Dimorphic Jumper ?
Worcester County, Massachusetts, USA
April 8, 2010
Size: tiny (1/2 inch?)
Is this a Maevia inclemens - Dimorphic Jumper male? We've had many dimorphics around in previous years but I always thought the males were lighter, not as dark. I'm afraid this one was fairly quick and feisty so we couldn't get better photos of it. It was also tinier than the other ones we'd seen, is it a youngster? Or is it something else entirely?

Looks like an old Eris, images are rather dark.

Wow
This one has been at family-level for some time without comment. This is definitely not a Maevia inclemens. It is more likely a Eris or Pelegrina subadult. It is difficult to identify beyond subfamily and it may end up there eventually.
