Wasn't sure if these are ants or termites. Many with wings further away.

Those are Dorymyrmex bicolor
Those are Dorymyrmex bicolor - An Ant species and it looks like they are starting a mating flight, nice picture.

 
Good call, but ...
This ID is certainly good, for the moment. There is a group of myrmecologists working on revising Dorymyrmex. I'm not sure when they'll be done with this work, but do know there are indications that some current "species" will end up containing more than one named population.
