Weevil from Boston - Otiorhynchus sulcatus

Weevil from Boston - Otiorhynchus sulcatus
Boston - Franklin Park, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, USA
April 9, 2010
Size: about 1.25 cm long
I found this weevil in the laundry room at my work, near a pile of outerwear my boss had worn the day before while working outside for several hours. I suspect that it came indoors on the clothes, since it's a large weevil and I don't know any to be indoor pests. It looks like Genus Otiorynchus to me, but I would love confirmation, and would really love ID to species if that's even possible.

i apologize for this grave error; it was a lapsus calami
picked the wrong s-word from memory, it seems... both species are very common where i grew up, too
