I think the hind wings are less sculptured on a Question Mark Comma and the under wing mark for a Question Mark has more of a separation for the "dot"

...but isn't a Question Mark supposed to have that horizontal black mark on the forewing?

Marty, my comment was more a question than an ID as to the mark that gives this butterflies their name. I see what you mean and looking back at the patterns on the upper-side of the fore-wing, all "?" do have a dash (a minus sign)right above the upper most dot in that row of 3 dots on the fore-wing. Thanks for pointing that out.
