I added 1 more photo hoping that it will help towards species ID. It does match Scatopse rather well so I will move it the genus page.

Odd
Funny wing veins. It's like the offspring of a Scatopsidae and a Phoridae.

 
Can't speak to the veins, but...
in general appearance it closely resembles Scatopse.



Just my two cents, for what it's worth.
