Size: ~ 4 mm
Found several of these in the garden under a bird feeder in the decay among rocks.

Scatopse
rather well so I will move it the genus page.

Odd
Funny wing veins. It's like the offspring of a Scatopsidae and a Phoridae.

Can't speak to the veins, but...
in general appearance it closely resembles
Scatopse
.
