Subadult male lynx spider - Oxyopes scalaris - male

Subadult male lynx spider - Oxyopes scalaris - Male
Stulsaft Park, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, USA
April 10, 2010
Size: 4.5 mm
I beat this spider from an oak tree. A subadult male with enlarged pedipalps but no sclerotized structures under the scope, unfortunately. Looks like an Oxyopes - perhaps scalaris, but I'm not sure if that can be confirmed?
