Moved from Ants. Thanks!

Formicinae: Camponotus
This is one of the little carpenter ants in the so-called subgenus (Myrmentoma). There are some little details I can't see, like presence or absence of some bristle on the cheeks (between eye and mandibular base), but still pretty comfortable this is C. subbarbatus (which has a few of the bristles, if observed with good lighting at the right angle), and exhibits the color pattern in the images.
