looks good! Another NSR. Not sure about what species is/are present in your area. Maybe Belov will know!

 
might well be Brachypterus but something's bothering me...
looks too elongate, matt and tomentose/silky for a Brachypterus, and the elytral apices seem too truncate (better fits Amartus -- known in OR, btw) -- i wouldn't make a call from these pix; this better be duly keyed out/compared with ref.specimens carefully; i could show better pix to Andy Cline
