I have no idea what this is, aside from being a Narrow-winged Damselfly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

While we're the ones who suggested
I verticalis for this, we are reconsidering. Northern Prairie does not show Florida in the range of verticalis, see
map
. We've checked our guides again, and Dunkle has an image of a mature female I.hastata which is identical to yours.
