Prionocyphon limbatus or discoides
Images of 12 species are shown in a downloadable pdf poster, "Scirtids of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park," of which this one's markings most closely resemble limbatus. In discoides, the black area is larger but the broader oval shape is a closer match, although that could be a sex difference.

Scirtidae: Prionocyphon sp. I believe.
Certainly a scirtid, a Prionocyphon female I believe. There is a male Prionocyphon discoideus figured in BugGuide.
