My best match is 6358 Digrammia ordinata based on images at : MPG
Found at UV light near pond in wooded area of a flood plain

Probably ? 6355 - Digrammia sublacteolata
Looks more like this species when compared to examples in MONA fascicle. Date might favor this species also, but not by much. Ferguson points out difficulties in separating from D. ordinata. Let's hope that DNA can decide firmly.

 
I have similar specimens DNA barcoded
I have 4 specimens that look like this that have been sequenced and match as genus Digrammia. Digrammia ordinata was excluded. Digrammia sublacteolata is not yet in BOLD. I'll send a note suggesting it be considered.
