Size: 13 mm
Under bark laying on the ground. After I posted this picture I was puzzled by the circular reflection on the elytra. It almost looked like there was a dimple in the surface. Then I realized that the image is the reflection of the ring light on the scope. I see this artifact in a lot of shiny black species.
