Oberea
The only one in the guide with three pronotal markings like yours is O. perspicillata. I do not have a ton of experience with this genus, however.

From Dr. Terence Schiefer
Your Cerambycid appears to be Oberea praelonga. This species is quite
variable in coloration. Compared to your specimen, the elytra sometimes
are paler down the middle, the antenna are sometimes paler toward the tip,the legs are often pale, the basal pronotal spot is sometimes
reduced or missing, the head is sometimes pale and sometimes some
abdominal segments are often paler. Most Ms. specimens are on the
pale side rather than dark like yours.Specimen also sent to Dr. Schiefer at Ms. State.
