I was told by Kyle Kandilian that the 10th tergum looks like an Ectobiidae so this should be a Parcoblatta. Sorry for my mistake.

Parcoblatta
This looks like a species of Parcoblatta, a nymph one molt away from adulthood. Seeng the adult might enable identification to species.
