No, from the front
it looks silvery. That's how I noticed it, highly reflective in the sunlight. It's very small, and my eyes aren't good enough to see the details, but in the photo you can see the reflections off the head, legs, and leading edge of the the wings . The yellowish thing appears to be a curled up proboscis (is that what it's called?). Thanks for responding, Ken and J.D.

Moth of some kind, I think.
Some of the Microcaddisflies look a bit like this, but from what I can tell they don't seem to have the metallic patches you find in some of the tiny moths. Also, this just looks mothy to me.
I could be wrong, though. In any case, I'm sure someone will be able to confirm/correct--and perhaps advance the ID.
