Edgewood Preserve, Santa Clara County, California, USA
April 15, 2010
Size: ~18-20 mm (wingspan)

Moved
Moved from Adela.

It is trigrapha
Here in the bay area we have A. trigrapha. Moving up into the Sierra there is an overlap with A. eldorata, which sometimes has males with the red head.
