Found this in a particular place where skippers like to be near my lab.

Three-spotted Skipper
Rick Cech's book (1) notes the very long antennae, and the faint concentric HW spots. The FW angular at apex. The abdomen isn't white like the Eufala Skipper.

 
Agreed,
antennae 1/2 length of FW.
Moved to species page, where some of the others look iffy.
