You're more confident than I am...
I may have hit on the right species; however, there are 27 species of
Odontomyia
, of which only six are represented in the Guide. That means there could be some look-alikes out there of which I am completely unaware.
I'll leave the decision to you; hoewver, given that I'm not a fly expert, I would strongly recommend moving this back out to the Family level (Stratiomyidae) so someone with genuine expertise can have a look at it.
