Pidonia ruficollis
According to the key in Linsley and Chemsak: Cerambycidae of North America this would be Pidonia ruficollis. The first couplet asks whether the pronotum is dullish or shining, and the picture clearly shows a shiny pronotal surface. All the characters in the picture match well for this species.

Pidonia sp.
Thanks Mike.
