A blue bee for sure...
A member of the Halictid family, no: the shape of the labium (i.e. the "tongue") does not match, as Halictids have a distinctly shorter one. This one would rather suggest a small Xylocopinae, the main bee group where a blue (rather than green) metallic cuticle is widespread. But unfortunately, I can't be conclusive without the wing venation.

Ceratina?
Accoring to a UFL website, there are two
Ceratina
species in Florida;
dupla
and
cockerelli
. According tho their description, this one would most likely be
C. dupla
, as
C. cockerelli
is not blue.
What do you think?
