Do you have any shots of the side of the crayfish? This looks like O. propinquus but I'm not completely certain based on this image.

I added the other 2 shots I had of this fella. I didn't have any side shots but maybe the other dorsal close up can help. I didn't add the frontal because of the blurry face but maybe it can help with the ID.

red spot
What I was looking for is the red spot on the side of the carapce as seen in
that is characteristic of rusty crayfish. They've never been reported from that area, but they are known in a lot of the UP. That being said, it doesn't look like your finding has that spot.

I don't remember seeing a red spot. It's a good thing its not a rusty, those things are horrible :/ (at least in where they shouldn't be)
