New Jersey, USA
May 3, 2010
Size: 45mm
I believe this is a northern mole cricket found in central jersey? Uncommon here and was difficult to identify. I will also upload a "claw" pic. Don't know if it's a male or female?

Your identification is correct.
This one is an adult female. You can tell from the wings, because the veins are different in males and females (the male's front wings are modified for "singing").

Moved from ID Request.
