You have something similar in Acronicta lobeliae
as does Rancher from Tennessee. Is this just a temporary color phase that occurs during the molt? None of the images in Owlets has this green coloration.

We're now thinking that this may be a early instar of
Acronicta interrupta. Is that a possibility?
